What is everyone else saying?

I'm just wondering how everyone else around the league is looking at RSL right now.

I know some of the comments I'm getting in the MLS community I'm in are mixed. There are many who are laughing, but there are also a few who feel bad, they want RSL to do good.

"Chivas was +125 so the cash I put on them was well worth it even though I hate everything they stand for ๐Ÿ™‚"

"Man I feel sorry for you"

"chivas usa are the worst team i have ever seen above the age of twelve. it was a disgrace."

"Well I guess I can wait patiently for the premership to start up again.... Maybe look at RSL again next year.
Only half kidding there. I would love to get a glimmer of hope for RSL but it isn't likely to be their year."

"That's just embarrassing.

Even worse than losing to Chivas?
Having a Clint Mathis icon." (Hiba says: Jerk)

"That's rather shocking. I had read something about it last night, but as I was half asleep, I could have sworn I was reading it wrong."

Anyway, those are some of the comments.

I rarely go over to bigsoccer, anything going on over there?

At least we can chalk it up to being an expansion team. If we're still like this next year then I think we seriously need to take a look at ourselves, not that we shouldn't do that immediately. I think it's interesting to see what fans around the league say about it, but what really matters is that we stand by our team. Things will come around. Keep the faith.

I am not sure the Ostrich approach is going to help.

But I am feeling that this will be the best novacaine for RSL fans.

OUCH!!

After we had been showing signs of improvement the last few matches, the team took a big step backwards last weekend. I think that Chivas just took out their frustrations on us. Hopefully they can put it behind them. Going to be tough the next few matches though. KC has always have a very strong defense which we will have difficulty scoring against and the road, and then we host FC Dallas who we have struggled against.

Maybe in a few weeks when we get Pope back (who looked very good against the Canadians) and maybe get a healthy Pierce, the defense can re-organize and the team can find some stability.

I'm Salt Lake 'til I die!
