I didn't want to start a thread for this, so i'll just post it here. It's at least as on-topic as "Bring Out Your Dead."

I posted some suggestions for Loyalists organizatin and hierarchy in a "Make the Loyalists Better" thread. I'd definitely suggest the same kind of thing for you. I think good organization is vital to success.

2. Organization. I truly felt we could do SO MUCH MORE with a support club. Loyal1 is doing a good job, but there is SO much more potential. There weren’t any meetings other than matches at Iggy’s where no business gets done. There has to be a structure. If you want to keep members, these new members need something more to do than show up to a match and a forum website. I’ve been involved with many groups in leadership levels, you need to give people stuff to do so they feel they belong. Why do you think I kept asking people what we could do or cheers to create.

Right. I know you're on top of it. I just thought I'd mention that my specific suggestions are just as relevant to you in most cases. You've probably discussed these things privately, so sorry if I'm sticking my nose in.

No need to apologize. Thanks for thinking of us.

😢 I appreciate the nod but wouldn't be able fill the high expectations of a liason. Good luck to whomever it is though...
