What does everyone else think?
My wife made this exact same comment. She said that we stopped chanting/singing just when she had figured out what we were saying. She suggested that we keep our chants/songs going for a little while longer so people that didn't know them could pick up on them and learn them. So, I guess what I'm saying is that I agree with you.

i liked all the chants and it was an awesome time!

however i did get some remarks of avoiding the "If you want another goal clap your hands" chant

I did not hear you guys make a "REAL REAL REAL" chant...just repeatedly yelling real real real!
those sound cool when they do it for Juventus!

All of the resident poets on the forum need to get busy writing new verses to some of our songs. Perhaps if we had more than one verse it would be easier to repeat some of them many times.

What do you guys think about having a couple songs or chants directed at the Crapids no matter who we play? UCLA football fans chant #%^@ SC for every game. I wouldn't suggets anything profane, but something would be fun to let everyone know how much we hate the Crapids. What are your thoughts?

👍

I'm in agreement with playing them longer. More verses would be fun for us, but they wouldn't catch on as well with the crowd. As was stated previously, the verse would change just about the time they caught on to the previous one. some were comming up with songs, at the game, but that doesn't work well as we are not together on them. If you came up with a song, or a verse at the game, then write it down and post it, so we'll have a chance to make it work.

Sorry - these types of questions come from people like me: fringe fan converts.

Why do we hate the CRapids so much?

Just for your long range planning.....

"One Cap Hartman" (I am pretty sure he has 2. But who cares?)

I wish that The Landon would have been riding Rostock's or Bremen's bench. "Leverkusen Reject" has too many syllables for a good chant.

Is there a European club that Jovan Kirovski didn't ride the bench for? We could scream ourselves hoarse yelling "Man U reject/Sporting reject/Birmingham reject" etc, etc, etc.

"Euro Reject" is all inclusive, and we're all about inclusiveness . . .

I contemplated "German Reject" but I don't want anyone thinking that we may be refering to Clint...
