Sections E32 and E30

So I got to the stadium today at about 9am so I had time to walk over to our section and take a look.

I counted the number of rows up to the portals and also counted how many people would fit on each row. Its all bleacher type seating but they do have numbers on the bleachers marking each individual seat.

E32

Row 1 - 7 seats
Row 2 - 8
Row 3 - 8
Row 4 - 9
Row 5 - 10
Row 6 - 10
Row 7 - 11
Row 8 - 12
Row 9 - 13
Row 10 - 13
Row 11 - 14
Row 12 - 15
Row 13 - 16
Row 14 - 16
Row 15 - 17
Row 16 - 18
Row 17 - 18
Row 18 - 19
Row 19 - 20
Row 20 - 21
Row 21 - 21
Row 22 - 17
Row 23 - 18

E30

Row 1 - 4 seats
Row 2 - 4
Row 3 - 4
Row 4 - 5
Row 5 - 5
Row 6 - 5
Row 7 - 6
Row 8 - 6
Row 9 - 6
Row 10 - 7
Row 11 - 7
Row 12 - 7
Row 13 - 8
Row 14 - 8
Row 15 - 8
Row 16 - 9
Row 17 - 9
Row 18 - 10
Row 19 - 10
Row 20 - 10
Row 21 - 11
Row 22 - 5
Row 23 - 6

Now, what does all of this mean? Probably nothing, I was just curious how many seats were in these two sections. When you look at the section it seems small, but when you get counting the seats there are alot of seats to fill. If we get 100 Loyalists, we will only be filling up the first 9 or 10 rows depending on how close we stand together.

The space that is marked for each seat isn't that big, so when a row says it fits 8, really its more likely to fit 6 comfortably. Since our section is general admission this should be very nice, this way we will be able to spread out alittle bit. It may also make it look like there are more of us if we are taking up more space.

With respects to flags though, this could be alittle interesting. Since there are not acutally seats where we could slide a flag under, we will either have to just lay them on the ground or on the bleacher if nobody objects. Either that or, in my case since I'm planning a big bertha flag, I may have to go higher up where there may not be as many people.

Your thoughts?

Those that are planning the colored paper "cards" I'll call them, will thank you for this. basically, they have to know how many cards are needed. Now they can figure that out.

SWEET we will be there on the 30th...its just to hard to make a commitment from so many people to go every weekend since college is quite the task at times...i hate it when college interrupts my soccer and my real salt lake scheduling.

Well, today I went up to RES to buy a ticket to the openening match for a friend of mine. She is not a Loyalists but she wants to check a soccer game out. I went up to the ticket window and said that I needed one ticket for section E32. The guy said the best seat he could give me would be in row 14.

I was in a hurry so I didn't ask any questions but then I got thinking. Did he give me row 14 because rows 1 - 13 were sold out? Probably.

If that's the case that would mean we already have roughly 140 -150 people with tickets in our section.

Looking good!

I hate to disappoint you, but I was told that they were going to reserve the first dozen or so rows for people who still wanted to purchase season tickets. I think he said they would open those lower seats up closer to the game day? :o
