🙂 A Miracle

Brennan Hawkins, the young 11-yr old scout who was lost about 4-days ago, has been found ALIVE! Reports are that he was found about 3 miles from the boy scout camp, and is in good condition. I would have to say this is a miracle.

Agreed, my dad was up there on staff when he went missing. It'll be interesting to hear the whole story about how he ended up so far away.

I don't think they give merit badges for forgetting ALL the rules and wandering off on your own in the wilderness. 🙄

I am very glad he was found, though, especially alive, since I was beginning to fear the worst. A miracle, indeed.

That is so amazing. It was just this morning that I told my wife that if he hadn't been found by now that there probably wasn't much hope of him being alive. This is one instance where I'm truly thankful to be so totally and utterly wrong.

Yes, but for surviving on his own for 4 days in the wilderness - immediate Eagle Scout!!!! At the very least, he should get his "Wilderness Survival" merit badge.

He should get thumped on the back of the head and then given his Wilderness Survival merit badge.
