Man, am I mad!!!

I was planning on going down with the family, and even got off work 30 minutes early for the event!! Got home, my wife needed some extra time to get ready - no problem, as long as we have at least 30 minutes of time with the players. We get into the car at about 5:40 and start heading down from our Sandy home. Wouldn't you know it - traffic is backed up as far as the eye can see! 40 minutes later we finally turn around at the Thanksgiving Point exit. Man was I pissed!! I don't know if traffic is usually that bad at 6:30 or not, or if there were accidents, but my whole family was very excited to go there, and we had to miss it. 😠 🙁

My suggestion for next time: For us northerners, make it later in the day and/or host it at the Orem location instead.

Sorry we missed it Wayne - I hope it was still successful.
