Good post Jules. I understand your Chivas comments. I just think RSL will be one of 10 other teams that hate Chivas. I am sure we will be behind the Galaxy in hate of the Goats.

I agree with there, I don't like Seedy Cheetos already... I don't quite know why... yet... but I am sure it is for no good reason but just the same I don't like them. Quote:
I will always have a soft spot for DC United... afterall I have been a fan of them for many years and I will always want them to do well... I don't think that those two guys were the team tho... I think they will surprise alot of people with how well they do in 2005... When all is said and done, if it comes down to DC & RSL in an MLS Cup or even a regular season game I will be wearing my BLUE, RED & GOLD... GO REAL SALT LAKE!!!

I hate the Cheetos because before, when I thought hell would freeze over before we would get an MLS club, my favorite team in MLS was the Galaxy.
And who goes around drafting Orlando Perez that high? Seriously...

2 things.
Deuce: I think that Dema might be leaving DC as well. Oh no! Clarette: Is Sandy really like Stepford, Conn?

Worse. We have Wal-Marts in Sandy.

But they had really great houses in Stepford. Of course I can do without the whole robot wife thing. No Wal-Mart? Does such a place exist?
Sorry, back to 2005 predictions...

So are they closing 1 when the new one is built or are they keeping both? From what I have heard you folks have some city council people to fire! Did they really approve it even though the majority of sandy folks voted against it?

(Getting up on my soapbox) If city councils ought to be fired for not listening to the majority of the city's population, then Orem City Council would have been fired over the accessory apartment issue. A few people complain loudly and the quiet majority suffer for it. Stupid, stinking .... errrr... At least MY property value is higher because my legal basement apartment is one of the minority... I just wrote a whole new prediction up and it didn't post and it's gone. sonofa...
Ok, start over. First and foremost, I'd like to say, this is how I WANT Real to do next year: 1. RSL 32-0-0 GF=104 GA=0 PTS 96 Ok, now back to the real predictions. After some good points by Soccer prime, my new predictions are: WEST 1. LA Galaxy - They are always solid and will fight hard all year against Chiv. 2. Chivas USA - They are poised to be good with their in-house transfers 3. Dallas - What was I thinking? Johnson, new stadium, they'll be good 4. Real Salt Lake - If we land Mathis this could go up. 5. SJ - Sans Donovan, they're in a rut. 6. Colorado - Do I really need to explain this one? EAST 1. KC - They are great and well-coached. They'll be back for more. 2. Columbus - They are only getting better (think Martino) 3. New England - I was way off on that one, you are right. 4. Metros - Only because I think DC and CHI will be bad. 5. DC - Lost all their players (good point, SP!) Adu not yet ready to lead. 6. Chicago - Still have no good players, got hit hard in the exp. draft. This will probably keep changing as people keep showing me what's wrong with my picks (feel free!) and as the rosters continue to change... Waddya think? __________________

😎 😉 Alright, Czar, hand over your glasses. I'm gonna put some rose coloring on the lenses.
:p You apparrently don't have any faith at all in Ellinger and his choices. Now me, I think we'll take at least 2nd or 3rd in the West. I think the Seedy Cheetoes will need a major attitude adjustment before they will be competetive. I think they have lower oppinions of the MLS and higher oppinions of the Mexican League than are quite justified, and I think it is affecting everything they do. So at the end of the season, I expect them to be closer to the bottom than the top. Now once they work that out, say second season, they may do better. But I'm seeing a lot of swollen ego and inflated expectations. 🙄 Pride goeth before a fall, you know. Last edited by Jim Umber : 12-09-2004 at 07:47 PM.
