In the East High School little league, I played keeper the first half and striker the second. I usually tried to end the game with a positive goal differential. 🙂

In high school I played both positions, too. But we had an all-state goalie who kept me on the bench a lot.

My high school years were by far the most fun/exciting. I played at Rowland Hall-St. Mark's with Billy McNicol as head coach and Chris Agnello as assistant. What an excellent time that was.

Always a defender or forward, usually on the right. I was just too big for the midfield. That, and I could have used more skills.

Don't ask me when I played in school. I would have to count in decades, not years.

Through college and until I was 28 or so...up front.

Then to the midfield (losing speed) 🙁

Now, 3 kids later, playing out of the back... 😲
