2004 Playoffs

Did anyone else watch the conferences semis this past weekend (yes, I am a total dork and watched all of the games plus MLS Wrap)?

That Columbus-New England game was great to watch as a neutral (although the Crew fans over on BS have probably spontaneously combusted by now). Haven't seen an MLS match that exciting in a long time!

I'd like to publicly request, on behalf of those who won't be watching MLS Cup 2004 on Sunday, that nobody give away the result in the forums. Comments like, "Looks like Kansas pulled it off after all..." or "I didn't think DC could recover like that" are equally damaging as posting the final score in a title!! So please, if you discuss the Cup result, keep it within an OBVIOUS thread (like this one?) and don't allude to it elsewhere!

Please! Please! 🙂
