Ramblings (this thread contains some blaspheming)...

I had no idea where else to put this so I put it here...

I am having withdrawal pains. It has only been a few days and I want to go to another game. I don't know what to do with myself... it is still a week and a half before I get to go to another game in RES. The watch party will be great, but you can't beat the atmosphere of actually being there. I want more...

Here is my humble (and slightly blasphemous, so if you are easily offended stop reading here... ok why are you still reading oh ye easily offended?) prayer:

The Loyalist Prayer

Our owner, thou art Dave,
Hallowed be thy name.
Our team did come.
And then they won,
On turf. This must be heaven.
Give us this day our soccer fix.
And give us more excellent passes,
As we cheer Clint and Dunseth.
And lead us into the post season,
Deliver us the Rocky Mountain Cup.
For thine is Real Salt Lake,
and the players,
who will give us championships,
for ever and ever.
Amen.

Words straight from my heart.

I know what you mean. It's been a long 4 days, not being able to go see another game yet. I'ts all I think about. Well, that and June 4th.

Blasphemy? I think not. As passions (addictions) go, this one seems pretty mild. Not in level but in severety. Besides that, last I heard, prayer is actually encouraged in heaven. And on Saturday, RES was definately heaven!

W a i t i n g isn't fun.

Blessed be those that head in Cletus' free kicks.

Blessed be Cletus for serving a free kick right on to Dunseth's noggin.

What is the sound of one Mohawk flapping in the breeze?

The real question is:

If Clint's Mohawk flaps in the breeze, but the crowd is too noisy for anyone to hear it, does it really make a sound?

Since this is a rambling thread:

Q: What team will be known as I.D.S. next season?

A: Colorado, 'cause we beat the crap out of them

:D

If the CRapids play a home game in a 80,000 person stadium and no-one attends...

Did the game happen?
How badly did they lose?
Did they manage to score (even if the other team did not attend...)?
Would anyone care?
Would Dunseth score against them again?
Would they still be ReAL's B**TCH? :D
