Just signed up for the Loyalists...

been following Real all year and after going to the game today, decided to join the Loyalists. You guys were a lot of fun to listen to. We tried to follow along on the North West area, but it's wasnt quite the party as you were having.

Look forward to meeting some of you in the next couple of weeks.

welcome. Most of the people sitting around me were impressed by the Loyalists (I was sitting on row 18 of the Loyalists section), except for 2 grumpy people who kept complaining to the ushers about the flags. Everyone else thought it was awesome. I think you'll enjoy it.

Giddy Up.

Any idea who had the big white RSL flag in the North West corner?

That was a sweet one.

Well, I was very surprised we didn't have some ushers come over to us. There were a bunch of us that were totally blocking the aisle or standing in the section to the south of E32 where we really shouldn't have been.

But I was surprised there were so many people in our section that weren't Loyalists, I thought we were going to have the whole section. I guess since the game was more than sold out that they had to sell whatever seats they could.

With respects to them complaining about the flags. First, there was a sign up at the entrance of E32 that said the section was general admission and that the Loyalists would be singing and having a good time. I can't remember if it said anything about flags though.

Were they complaining about all of the flags or just mine? I was to blame alittle bit. I had the flag up when we got one of our first corner kicks. Mathis came over to take it while I was waiving and then I realized I was probably blocking some people's views. And then sure enough a moment later Lucky13 came and told me some people had complained that I did block their view. So after the first half I only waive my flag I think two more times. Once when we scored and then another when we had a good defensive play.

Anyway with time and with more empty seats for people to move around, we shouldn't have anybody sitting by us that doesn't want to.

True.

Hey Aero, you, Czar Jake, and Deuce (among a few others I don't recognize) are on the front page of today's Ogden Standard Examiner waiving your flags.

I'll try to round up a few copies and bring them to you guys if you want.

I poked my head in from the 1st portal on the south on my way to the section and the flags going looked great. It made me so proud to be a Loyalist, sniff.

I saw the Czar and one of his flags exiting the stadium yesterday... I also tried to come and stalk you guys (just to prove that I'm not the one behind all of the posthumous 2Pac songs, really!) after the game but all the people I've seen pictures of were apparently gone.

The Loyalist section looked way cool -- I tried to take a picture of it but I was on the south end of the same side so it wasn't the best ever. I couldn't really tell what any of the songs/cheers were from where I was though. 🙁

As we go through the season, perhaps the crowd will begin to pick up on some of the songs and chants and join in more. I heard from someone, that at least one of them had the whole stadium going. That's a good sign.
