Scilaci, this happens to me EVERY day. Hey, look at my post total. I am a RSL junkie, obviously.

BTW speaking of Vin Diesel, why did they make a 2nd XXX movie without him. Ice Cube???

Here is my advice:

Mares eat oats and does eat oats
And little lambs eat ivy.
A kid'll eat ivy too.
Wouldn't you?

I can't believe you know that one! That's waaaaaaay before your time.

Scilaci, if you think that's weird, try singing it. It comes out:

mairseydotes 'n doseydotes
'n little lamseydivey
akidleydivey too
wouldn't you?

That goes back a looooong way.

I knew this one as well, but I never really knew what it said, catchy tune though... now it will be stuck in my head for days.

My wife is going to go crazy... I have a bad habit of breaking out in song and radom times when things seem to be getting a little to quiet. But at least it will get this one out of my head... "You can dance if you want to..."

Whenever we discuss a catchy tune, I want to think of some way to make a chant or cheer about it! This really is a great tune. I learned it from my husband after I got married. He sang it and I looked at him like he was crazy.. "Merrseedoats???"

And of course, that's the point of the song. There ought to be someway to make it into a RSL song. I'll think about it. You do the same. We'll see who comes up with the best song.😉

I'm the only one signed on right now!!!! I rule.

Hey, speaking of nursrey rhymes. Did you know that "Ring Around the Rosey" is actually about people dying from the plague?

Weird, huh? Do you want to know what it means?

It would appear that when someone got the plague their bodies would break out with pink sores with alittle ring around it. "ring around the rosie"

It was thought that you could keep from getting the plague if you breathed in fumes from flower pedals so people would walk around with pedals in their pockets and take a handfull out once in awhile and breathe them in. "pocket full of posies"

Since so many people died from the disease they had to just burn the bodies because they couldn't bury them all. "ashes, ashes, we all fall down"

Sorry if I ruined that nursery rhyme for everyone. Most nursery rhymes though seem to come from old and strange times. Plus I'm the only one signed in so I can post whatever I want.
