You know your team's commercial is cool when...
Tonight on FSC I noticed an MLS commercial that uses the RSL commercial footage through out. In fact, when it came on I thought it was an RSL commercial. It shows the clips of Mathis juggling and what no. Then it runs through a bunch of the "names" in the league...Freddy, Ramirez, Twellman, etc. Then it advertised the DCU - CDC game.

The greatest form of flattery...

Yeah I saw this during the WCQ on Wednesday. Immatation is the greatest form of flattery. 🙂

I saw it during the WCQ, too. I also expected it to be an RSL commercial. Yeehaw Us!

I saw like three different ones last Sunday while I was at the gym. I think it was during the NCAA basketball tournament.

I think it may have been mentioned on the sightings page. Not sure. But yes, I saw one during the news this morning, and I've seen them other random times.

I saw it three times last night. I only ever see the short one featuring Kreis. I've probably seen it atleast 10 times over the past week or so.

I've seen the Pope one and the Kreis one, and I thought I saw one that was just sort of a mix of a bunch of them, it didn't spotlight a certain player at the end. They are top-notch ads.

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but I wonder if the league didn't come up with the idea in the first place and then have all the teams make a similiar commercial. That way they could take pieces from each team and put the commercial together that they put together. I guess we could find out by seeing if other teams' commercials were similiar or not.

Bingo, I have not heard one peep on BS about other teams having a similiar commercial.
