Why Salt Lake City?
"Aside from little major pro sports competition in a city with a growing Hispanic population, the club claims Utah has the USA's highest per-capita participation in soccer. And the club has plans for a soccer-specific stadium, though it will start in the University of Utah's Rice-Eccles Stadium."
