Interesting...

This morning on the TRAX, I noticed that the asphalt on the vacant portion of the Mark Miller Toyota block (the one that was being proposed as the Salt Lake stadium site before the whole RDA thing went down) was being torn up.

It's totally wishful thinking, but I was all like, "maybe Earl Holding has an Easter surprise for us!" :D

Still interesting though...

That is interesting though.

Another peice of interesting info is that a local investment company had a parking area on that particular peice of land... and yesterday employees were told they would have to find a new parking area.

Coincidence?

Well, one thing could have been coincidence, but two strange happenings in one day? That's a sure fire way to get us fans totally excited and start imagining all kinds of cool things.

I hate to stomp on all of your excitement, but if something was truly going on, our FO would surely have had ten press conferences and a great big groundbreaking ceremony....Then again, maybe they're just getting the site ready for the groundbreaking that is to come later.

Or maybe they're breaking ground for something completely unrelated. 🙄

It's always good to stay hopeful, but let's be realistic!

Perhaps RSL is purchasing the land but since they haven't yet finalized all the stadium funding, they're not ready to do any sort of groundbreaking... 🙂

We can still have a MYSTERY even if it doesn't end up being RSL-related!

Let the loopy-Friday office dwellers have their fun, man...
