Dave says we are going to have 4 home World Cup qualifiers.

Maybe we'll have to play one at a neutral site because our fans are such hooligans.......

So far, they have not said too much that we have not heard of before. "A public-private partnership"

KSL sports guy is gushing about his love for the game. He thinks the game will succeed here....Utah will support the product.

It's now a commercial, so here are some quick notes so far:

Quotes from Dave "Cannot succeed without stadium" "Only wanted to own team in SLC and never threatened to take it somwhere else if can't get stadium."

Dave - not looking for hand out. Wants to be responsible with Public Money

Dave wants the stadium to start off with 22K seats and be able to expand to 25-27K seats eventually.

Dave mentioned tearing up turf in Rice Eccles stadium in order to get WCQ game here. Dave wants Utah to see 1 of 4 WCQ games and is willing to pay for Rice Eccles stadium modifications.

Doug - referrenced news article saying all sports stadiums in Utah have come from some public money and most are happy about it afterwards.

Checketts: Never wants to own this team anywhere but Salt Lake and is confident in RSL's future in SL. Was involved in task force for finding public funds for Delta Center. Nobody complaining now.
