Final 28? Wasn't the roster supposed to be down to the final 28 before Portugal? Are we there yet? If so who is it?

Theres a few trialist still there. Unfortnately (or fortunately if you not signed yet) Halilovic and Rojas didn't make it for the entire Portugal trip, so I guess there are still more than 28 players on the unofficial roster.

People have posted about this before, but I am an airhead.
How do guys like Besagno & Watson figure into this? In previous years, players that young did not count against a roster limit. | |||||

Generation adidas players (Watson/Besagno) don't count against a teams salary cap but their actual name on the roster counts towards the total of 28.
I believe there are 10 developmental spots and 18 senior spots. | |||||
