Ticket Discussion

I talked to Liz at the front office today and asked about the Single Game tickets. She says it will be very soon and that an email will go out when they become available!

The season tickets are supposed to start printing on or about March 14th and will start going out to people shortly after that!

I don't have a need at this time for your extra games Czar but if anyone has any opening game tix they know they won't be using I will certainly take them...

I know season opener... fat chance! but stranger things have been known to happen!

This is a good place to announce any need for or availability of tix that will not be used by season tix holders...

So let it begin!

In case people are not familiar with what Deuce is alluding to:

I will be in Italy starting September 1, and therefore I need to sell my last 5 or so tickets. Jules has first dibs if she still wants them, but would anyone else be interested?

One other thing Liz said that I forgot to mention(I know this is a hell of a thing to forget) is that the June 4th doubleheader does not count against your extra 4 game allotment so in essence the Season ticket package is a 21 game package.

I'm going to be needing some extra tickets for the opener too. I have a lot of people that I'm bringing to the game to hopefully get them hooked for the rest of the year. So, I'm going to be buying some extra for the first game.

The unfortunate side effect of that is that I won't be able to sit in the Loyalist section for the first game and that is going to suck. I'm really looking forward to standing with all of you and it's not good that it will be put off for a game.
Deuce, did she say whether season ticket holders get first crack at single tickets before the general public or not?

She did not say and I did not think to ask... but that has been the traditional way things have panned out for season tix holders of other MLS teams and so far that seems to be a continuing tradition with RSL

Cool! That's great that we get first crack at them before general public. I want to get some good seats for everyone I'm bringing for the opener so they can really enjoy it and be close to the action.

More info here

Deuce is correct. It is now a 21 game package. Major thanks to RSL FO for doing the righteous thing and giving the season ticket holders the extra game for free.

Deuce is right, we get first shot at single-game tix.

Alright! :D Now maybe that final payment, comming up, won't hurt quite so bad. 🙁 A whole extra game...No wait...Two whole extra games; it's a double-header! Woohoo! :D

i dont think i quite understand what's going on with the FC dallas US double hearder, what situation does that put the mini-plan holder in, and also what mini game plan would be better in your game opinion (i will go to the opening game no matter what, obviously)
