Rowan to provide update on Rowan West/Major League Soccer Project

Rowan University President Donald Farish is holding a press briefing to update reporters about the Rowan West/Major League Soccer project announced in March. This is not a major announcement, but simply an update to try to put an end to rumors and to explain the new direction in which the project is moving.

A press release will be distributed to reporters who do not attend, but there is no guarantee that Dr. Farish will be able to respond to all the inquiries in a timely fashion. Students will have just returned and the campus will be extremely busy.

The press briefing will be held on Friday, September 1, at 11 am in Campbell Library, Rm. 126. The library is located on Rt. 322 next to the Student Center. Reporters can park in visitor parking across from the library or next to the Student Center.

Please call me if you have any questions or concerns.
