I think there's enough loyalists in that area to keep the chants going. Doesn't matter if you're in row 25, 13 or 1. If we all chant, we'll get the other folks who don't usually sit there to join in. Besides, when you have a battery of four or five drums, the whiny folks who don't want to cheer tend to drift away to other areas, making room for the hard core folks. There's always room for one more!

I hope you are right Merrill. I am up in row 25 too...I am watching the Real Madrid vs DC United game and the fans are really cheering for Madrid. I will be extremely upset if it is like that in our stadium. Sure I am a fan of Madrid. I did study abroad in Madrid and they were my team there BUT not against RSL not in our house!!!! I want them to respect our passion and our team. I will really be upset if they don't know that we love our team...i.e. if they have more support in our stadium than our team does. I hope we can really get after them!!!!! I don't care if they are the Galacticos. I don't care if our team is 5th in our conference. Let's get things really going on Saturday!

"You're going home to smoke 3 packs of Fortunas a day"

OK, so come up with better yourself.

E32, row 3, looking to trade into row 5 so I can sit near my wife and I'm willing to wave a flag.

I'm in row 1 still, I don't know what I'll have but I'm sure I'll have some banner or flag or something. I think making the section look good is awesome. The best thing for it though is people and I don't think we'll have a problem with that. Tell people to wear red though, then we'll be our "sea of red".

Me too, but my wife and I might try to slip into E32, the best section in the house...oh, and I will NOT be cheering for Madrid. I doubt that many in E32 nor E38 will be cheering for them either. Hopefully we can put up a good fight and that the game will be entertaining, like last night's Club America/Barcelona match...

I've had some friends sneak past the ticket nazis by just moving through the sections rather than go out to the concourse and back in.

Not that I am sanctioning that, of course. I would never participate in hooliganistic activities. :slobber:
