By the way, Southgate's first signing is Chelsea lumberer Robert Huth. Will Gooch have to compete with Huth for playing time?

Woo-hoo!

Boro is not club that's on the up and up. They finally signed some young French player with an eye to the future. Their Huth deal is about to fall apart, the deal with Gooch fell apart, and they don't have anything good cooking. I don't think it looks great for them right now. So far I have them as a darkhorse canidate for religation this year. They have the quality to stay up but not that much quality. They have a new manager and are struggling to bring in the players they've clearly targeted.
