Arsenal in trouble

I am listening to the 2 Gs show on Sirius and they just said there is a new headline just out about Arsenal possibly being kicked out of the Champion's League. Something about paying millions of pounds to some Belgium team to get players from other countries into Europe and then sending them to Arsenal thus circumventing a work permit problem. Thats how I understood it anyways. I will see if I can find a link.

Heres one link

Arsenal cash probe

Hardly on the scale of Juventis' buying the Serie A championship but if they are found guilty then let them be fined and forget about it!

LOL how funny you are Duece.... Why isnt this as bad? Getting players that really arent eligible to play can have as much impact on the game as paying to get refs that like you. And fyi...I did not post this just to piss you off.

I didn't think you did. Just because I don't think it is as serious as Juve's buying refs does not mean I don't think it is news...

I don't think it is comparable because players go out with no guarantee they will have an impact on the game (look to Mathis for proof of that) but "bought off" refs have a direct impact on every game they are involved in.

No comparison...

Fact... Juve is a bunch of cheats that buy game results...

Arsenal "allegedly" manipulated legal EU methods to obtain the players they wanted.

I will also add to that... Juve are going to Serie B or C and Arsenal regardless of the outcome the worst that will happen is they may not get to participate in Champions league... they will still be in the Premiership and they will still get to participate in all the other Cup competitions.

So I am not upset at all...

Go Gunners!
