I could be wrong, but I think you have to pay for the 4 yr old. Bring something for the kids to do and you should be fine. I bring my 2 yr old's "harness" (ok, looks like a leash). All the dirty looks are worth it. He can't get more than 10 ft from me. 🙂 And believe me, the child can ran FAR in a matter of seconds.

I believe it's 2 and under are free for non-season tickets. It may be 3 or 4 under are free for season ticket holders. Why the difference? I don't know. How can they enforce this? I don't know.

I have a 7, 4 and 3 year old. I only pay for the 7 yr old. My understanding is 6 is the magic number. 6 and under they are free. I've never had the staff ask me for more than 2 tickets.

Straight out of the season ticket holder handbook: Children 4 years of age and older require a ticket for entrance.
