Anyone want to sell me some? I might be able to get 10+ people. I'll start making calls. I'd be interested in E32-33...sorry, RCB. I know a guy that might want to hang out with y'all. I'll talk to him. Are you guys serious? Only $13 for the tailgate and a great, rowdy seat in the corner?!?!?!

I'm surprised that somebody from the Loyalists board hasn't mentioned this (or did I miss it?) but you can buy tickets online at http://theloyalists.com/GetInvolved/SpecialEvents/tabid/56/Default.aspx and then pick them up at Loyalist events or the tailgate on the 27th.

Really, it was the FO's idea to do it that way last year. To bad Chris Keeney asked me if we would do something that he didn't want to do.

Keeney actually said that he knew it would take away from the walk up sales, but he would rather do less in the way of walk up sales and win the competition than come in second place.

Odd that he would suggest and work a plan to do something that he "didn't like doing."

If you don't want to do it online, let me know how many and I can meet you to deliver them. I can meet you at the FO any Thurs or Fri.

In Aerick's defense dysko....

1. what they wanted: to maximize walk up ticket sales while also winning the supporter's challenge.

what happened: winning the supporter's challenge.

they wanted to do both things but when they saw that the tickets weren't sold like they expected, they chose to have the better PR in having the best fans in MLS.

this is my thought. So you're right, he "did" want to do it, but of course he would have preferred having an extra 7$/ticket.

to make it up to him, the RCB didn't take the 3$ margin last year (mostly because we weren't sure how the whole thing worked).

Alright, I coach a high school team and I can see how many would be willing to go. I could probably get the school van to haul them down.

With that, how do I get the tickets and where are they located?
