Tailgate suggestions

I will be putting this in The Loyalists' newsletter that will be coming out in a few days, but I would like some suggestions about future tailgates from people who do not yet receive the newsletter (membership plug). I understand about the slow availability of food. I'm looking for other suggestions, set up, menu, those sorts of things.

I am also looking to form a committee of volunteers to help with grilling, set up, and clean up. So, volunteer. We could use more side dishes, although the ones that were brought were excellent, from what I am told. I didn't get time to eat any. The potato salad must have been very good, it was gone early.

We may go with an earlier start time. There will also be a cutoff time for the grill which was not possible on Saturday. Tell your friends about the tailgate, it is open to all fans of RSL, not just supporters.
