Sounds like I'm not the only one.

Mine haven't come yet either, just called and they will have a package for me tomorrow at will call.

same here now, only i had to call three times, first two left a message for my sales rep but apparently he was out at the event. third time i had my wife call and she said sod his rep u do it, he needs a ticket.

I'm english, i don't complain i just moan ... so had to get the wife to call them :P
