Its spring in Park City!

When I left for vacation a week and a half ago I still had three feet of snow in my yard. When I got home on Sunday, almost all of it was gone. This morning I saw three Robins. And if that isnt enough proof for you....

Two months ago Park City opened a brand new ice skating rink that I have heard will be the primere ice skating training facility in the state in a few years. This ice skating facility is just part of a big recreation complex which will also include a speed skating rink, three brand new soccer fields (two natural grass and one turf!) and a baseball field. The area around the ice skating building is under construction and there are big piles of dirt and still some piles of snow. As I turned the corner near the parking lot red jerseys caught my eye. I almost went off the road to see what it was. Kids were playing soccer! Right in the middle of the construction mess was a brilliantly green perfect looking pitch! The high school kids were playing a game! How wonderful! As I got closer I noticed that this was the new turf field! How beautiful it was with the still snowy ski resorts looming behind. I couldnt resist and after I picked up my daughter I drove over to the reserve field....and sure enough...the snow is all gone, except on the north facing slope where the spectators sit. I got out of my car and walked out to the field and marveled....what a beautiful place I live in.

BRING IT ON RESERVE TEAM!
🕺

We are taking The Captain Of The 2023 WWC Champions to The Canyons on Easter for the Easter Egg hunt and maybe her first ski lesson.
