Pictures of the USMNT Stars...

Some of you may have seen this already...
I link it here because of the shot of Mathis.

As a photographer I think the shots are all really good...
Well except for the Brian McBride shot...
What was the photographer and/or McBride thinking?

I opened that sight and had to hurry and close it as the guys at work started to instantly question my sexuality while looking at GQ shots of soccer players.

THANKS ALOT! now I won't hear the end of it for a month!

:D :D :D :D

They must have seen the Brian McBride shot... sorry!
Upon further scrutiny... the Landon Donovan shot is really frightening as well!

I prefer shots of the players like this... no GQ shots...

It is nice to see Keller retains a sense of humor even if he is playing in Germany!

Due to the standards of most people on this board, I won't mention the comments that the LA Riot Squad made about Donovan's picture.

Those pictures were pretty ridiculous. I assume they were supposed to be somewhat sexy? Slightly provocative in some sense?

None of those guys could look better than they do halfway through a match, hair disheveled and in those cute soccer kits. 😉

ha ha... The word "cute" sounds so... girlie.. oh well. :D

Frankly, those pictures creep me out a little.

bordelais7 · 02-01-2005, 12:12 PM

what the...

Jim Umber · 02-01-2005, 12:21 PM

From the point of view of a photographer, they are good photos. But from the point of view of a soccer fan looking for pics of his favorite soccer star...

...I echo bordelais7, "What the...?!"

clarette · 02-01-2005, 12:55 PM

SIIIIIIIICK... what IS Pablo Mastroeni wearing?

Those pictures are totally Zoolander!
