My dog

Ok, so this is completely off topic, which is funny cause that's what the forum says, but I doubt they meant for this type of thing ... but ...

I have two dogs, both pure bred English Springer Spaniels, beautiful dogs. Here's the thing ... we just had child number three and my wife just feels that having three children 3 years and under and two dogs one of whom is a fun, mad, crazy, and ecstacy hiding non stop kind of a guy is just too much.

I'm very sad, I love my dogs, and to find a new home for Koda sucks but I need to so here I am asking the people I like the most if they know of someone who might be interested in giving a home to the dog. He has his papers but I don't want to sell him unless it's to someone I don't know at all, that just means I won't get someone who doesn't care and just wants to breed him. I want someone who loves dogs, someone who will care, not beat him, love him and treat him like a friend, he really is a great friend. He has his vaccinations and he is extremely friendly, he loves to be fussed, so if anyone knows or if you would offer a great home for him just post below and we'll get in touch. He's mostly trained, pretty obedient, hansome, very family friendly and so bloody cute I hate to give him up. I have some food for him, some toys he loves and tooth paste and brush.

I know this probably is n't the reason for this forum but I don't really trust many places.

Thanks

How old is he and is he fixed? Does he like to hike and will he run away if off a leash?

That sucks. Sorry to hear. Ya, I know, there are worse things in life. Still, it's no fun to lose a friend/pet.

And I'd think this off-topic spot would be perfect for this type of thing. If you don't know the person, you likely know someone else here who knows them well.

If I had a house right now I'd take him today.
I hate looking for a house.

My wife the science teacher likes to say that children raised in households with pets tend to be healthier since they are exposed to germs early on and develop immunities. We don't have kids, we have dogs, so I feel your pain. I say sell the kids on e-bay and retire early to an island with dogs. If you are not in a rush I am sure that you will find a good home for your dog, or convince your wife that there is not a problem at all. Do a lot of moping around and play the Charlie Brown sad music whenever the subject comes up.

Afraid we can't really take a dog into our home. We have 2 cats in our home. (One 18 years old, the other about 8 months) The youngster really has a bit more energy and tends to annoy the older one.

My dog is named Bumpy, as in Bumpy Pitch 😍. Kinda sucks that Dunny isn't in Salt Lake anymore.

Scholesy, I'd take your dog, except I already have two, and a pet fish. I would never give any of my dogs away. Ever.
