Pizza Hut, KFC, and Taco Bell are all owned by Pepsi, who produces Sierra Mist, who is an MLS sponsor. Since there already exists a Pizza Hut Park, I'm afraid things are lining up perfectly to have our stadium named after KFC. It just makes too much sense.

In that case, thank the soccer Gods that Pepsi doesn't own Weinerschnitzel.

Hey if KFC wants to pay millions of $$$$$ to name the new stadium KFC Park, then that might be the price we have to pay to help get the new stadium going.

We're complaining about KFC sponsoring RSL?

-We could be that English team (which one, I forget), that had "VIRGIN" in huge letters on their jerseys.

-You could be an America de Mexico fan with "Bimbo" all over your chest.

-How about us LA Salsa fans, sponsored by de la Pena eye clinic with a big eyeball on the jersey? (It could have been worse, Dr de la Pena could have been a urologist or a gynecologist)

"KFC Stadium"?? What's next, Delta Airlines or Franklin Covey naming a stadium?

Nope, good old Doctor de la Pena owned the LA Salsa. He kept going on the radio in southern California and saying that he was going to bring a Mexican League team into southern California "when" MLS went under.

I still have my LA Salsa seat cushions but neither the combined efforts of Mike Littman or Jose Vasquez could score me a jersey.

PepsiCo sold the above named fast food chains to Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc. in 1997. Tricon subsequently changed its name to Yum! Brands.
