Now we've added Klein, Ballouchy and Johnson.
I wouldn't be surprised if some midfielders will soon be set on waivers. Possibly Tiger, Gregorio and Trembly.

They are over the limit.
My guess is that Scarlett will get his green card, and allow Sequira, Torres, Cabrera and Walsh to be the SIs and thus allowing them to stay. But yeah, I agree, things don't look good for Tiger, Gregorio and Trembly.

Walsh stay but Gregario, Trembly or Tiger hit the road? Now that really makes me dislike Diego. If only I could win the big powerball lottery and pay off some team in Brazil to swoop in for Diego.

I was just watching FC Dallas vs. RSL (the one in Dallas we lost 2-1, I Tivoed it) and Talley was playing D-Mid for Dallas. He actually looked pretty good playing there so if Sequeira is gone for WC, we can just slide Talley in there. 🕺

Best Talley game ever, is when he and Eddie Robinson of the now Anti-Quakes duked it out on the sideline and were red carded.
I believe it was a July SJ v. FCD match. Look it up. If you don't like Robinson (and I know most RSL fans have fond memories) or if you like passionate "defend-your-teamate" players, this is a must see for Talley fans.

Perhaps a naive question, but how can Scarlett be eligible for a green card? He hasn't even lived in the States for more than a few months. I would think Diego Walsh would be the most likely eligible but others have said no to that also. Perhaps there really are a few guys playing for their spot in preseason.

👍 Most likely, the preseason will decide who actually gets the positions and who doesn't. That's how it worked last year.
I hope that the guys who are dedicated enough to be working out, with Jason Kreis, this winter, will show up all the competition and make the team. __________________

I wouldn't start counting any of the draftees just yet. Ballouchy maybe. But one never knows. There are a lot of players around and only 10 developmental spots.
Who will be taking those spots? Does Novak qualify? Watson? I would think they both do and I'd expect them to take 2 of them up. In fact, now that a look at the roster 1/2 of it seems young enough. Does anyone know what players that will be 24 or under this year would not qualify for dev status? __________________
