Get well soon, Merrill

...and your family as well. Wearing a mighty fine shirt on Fox 13 tonight, though.

I think it's the same "Merrill". A "Merrill Page" and his family were featured in a segment yesterday about the flu hitting Utah hard. He was wearing a Loyalists shirt. Didn't mean to alarm anyone.

And he works for FOX 13 News...so yeah it was probably him.

I wish him and his family a speedy recovery.

Thanks for your concern, all. The flu does suck this year, and I'm really only in day 4 of the two weeks. Our whole family has it at once, and we're all hating life right now. But soon enough we'll be through it.

When my manager, the chief photographer here at Fox gave me a call saying he needed a sick family for the flu story, I hopped in the shower for the first time in a while (it's amazing how even the littlest things seem beyond your ability when your sick), shaved my hairy face for the first time in something like a week, maybe a week and a half, and then went to my closet for a shirt. I almost put on my Real Jersey, but then I thought the Loyalist shirt would even be more worthwhile ad space. So I wore that for the interview.

It's nice to know somebody is watching. I was curious if there would be a mention on here anywhere. Way to be Bordy.
