You'll want to read this....
http://sports.si.cnn.com/default.asp?c=cnnsi&page=/soc-mls/news/AHN3989915.htm Dunny is a goner...This is a good move. He's good, but he didn't fit the team. Good luck Brian

Wow, Sequeira huh? He's a good player, but almost too tough-nosed (read dirty) for me. Oh well, we can probably use a guy like that in our back four. It seems like we got a lot for Dunny...good move FO!

Haven't posted anything on here in forever, but nothing like a good ol' Tim Howard post to get me off the sidelines. Can't decide whether this comment was made in jest, but it ain't going to happen anytime soon. That guy is making bank right now to serve as the understudy to Edwin Van der Sar. Though Howard isn't exactly relishing that fact, there's a reason why Manchester United signed him to a contract through 2009--he's going to get at least on more shot as United's No. 1 'keeper sometime in the future. And even if he doesn't work out at the biggest sports team in the world, there's still plenty of other opportunities for him that would supercede coming back to MLS. As far as Real is concerned, expect them to do what they should've done last season--bring in a veteran MLS goalkeeper. Somebody mentioned the name Scott Garlick to me, and that's the type of player Salt Lake will probably wind up acquiring. It's simply a matter of what RSL's willing to give up in exchange.

Yeah, the Tim Howard crack was a joke, not many people give up ManU for RSL.
I agree, the Garlick move could be a good one. It would allow Nolly to have some more growing up time before Garlick retires in a couple of seasons. Any predictions on Mathis this year?
