The Revs/Metros and Fire/DC games were great. The SJ/LA was depressing and I forgot that CRaps/FCD was on (just kidding, but, boring!).

Fire just destroyed the mighty United in the home field. How sweet was that? Eat that Nowak! Has spitting always been a red card offense or just when you do it in front of the ref?

Overall I was very pleased with the games, except I could care less about the Western Conf at this point.

I am rooting for either Revs or Fire, and I think Revs will take it, but after Sunday, you never know.

Yes it has. But I guess technically nothing is against the rules unless you do it "in front of the ref" (i.e. you get caught).

Boca Juniors last coach spit on a player from Once Caldos during the last Copa Sudamericana (or was it Libertadores?) after a game - he got suspended, fined, eventaully was forced to resign, and there was talk of him even facing criminal charges (I'm not sure how that panned out). I'd say spitting is frowned upon.

Moreno's loogie was a stupid act from a stupid player. He's got to learn to control his emotions.

Christian Gomez should control them too. He was the one that spat on Brown.
😉
