I think, as this aptly name thread shows, that trolls galore abound (myself included <--- if you disagree feel free to neg rep me.)

This is my haiku to trolls:

Some trolls are funny,

some trolls are ugly,

I don't care,

I'll give you rep.

Watch, somebody is bound to let me know, in wonderful troll-ese, that I have too many syllables in my poem.

Drat you poetic trollers! Drat you all!

Just for the record, I've heard from two independent sources that Deuce's irrational animosity toward me stems from an incident in which I reportedly "looked down my nose at him" for drinking beer. Also, reportedly, the reason I don't attend watch parties is that I don't want to be in a place where people are drinking beer.

This is hilarious because I have never looked down my nose at anybody for drinking beer. If something was overhead when I commented on beer, it was obviously misunderstood. That happens because I have a very sarcastic sense of humor and I say things to people, thinking they understand the sarcasm.

So to anybody out there who thinks I am a beer-hater, I'll say this: I don't drink beer. Never have and probably never will. I don't care if anybody else does. I couldn't care less, in fact. 🙂 Hope that clears that up.

Also for the record, Deuce has not been harassed by me. I talked to two people who I understood to be mutual friends, trying to understand his animosity toward me so that I could clear things up where possible. It is in my nature to always try to clear up misunderstandings with anybody who has a problem with me.

When he has criticized and harassed me publicly, I have tried to PM or email him to try to clear things up between the two of us without hashing it out publicly and creating a distraction on the forum. I understood this to be the mature way to handle things, the way people have constantly said things should be handled.

Well, you be the judge. 🙂 The sooner people just let this drop without attacking me personally, the better. I just want to talk soccer without all this crap distracting us. That's why I started this thread in the first place. You'll notice it's in the "suggestions" forum and the forum is a message to Neil, suggesting that he create some rules for the forum that we can all follow.
