Wow, look at all those GOAL!

In 3 games played so far there has been 1 goal scored (ok 2 if you really want to get creative). One. Uno. Un. Ein. Ok you get the point.

Let's hope these playoff games get a little more fun because right now I'm bored out of my mind πŸ˜›

So you agree with the anti-soccer crowd who say that soccer is boring because there are not enough goals?:jawdrop: I'm shocked! I never thought to hear you agree with the naysayers. I really am disappointed, Hiba. Really.

Well, the games have also been boring soccer, goals or no goals.

Too many coaches playing it close and limiting the attacks. Only the Fire and DC provided any real entertainment. The Revs looked awful yesterday.

Well, uh, the Smurfquakes appear to be doing their best to rectify the lack of goals in other matches... :jawdrop:

If you wanted exciting games, you'd eliminate the middle two from each conference and watch the top two trash the bottom two. That would be entertaining, if not fair.

Actually, as much as I like the home/away two game aggregate series, the best way to make sure these are real games is to make it single elimination. That, or at least put in the away goals rule, so that visiting teams have extra incentive to score.

In either case, we have to get these coaches out their bunker and into the game. Please.

Thanks to the California Derby, we got one good game this weekend.

Hoping for better next week.

I don't mind a good nil - nil game, I actually thought the Rapids did rather well, I know I shouldn't be thinking good things for then, but I actually see them winning against Dallas. I quite enjoyed the game.

I should have been clearer. I love a good game that ends in no score...if it's a good game. These playoff games have been been quite boring this year IMO.

I haven't watched the Quakes/Galaxy game yet, hopefully that one had more action.

Okay, I forgive you. You can be a soccer supporter again. πŸ•Ί :signrocko :dancing:

I think they should change the rules so each goal is worth some arbitrary number. Say... 7.
