ReAL Salt Lake v. Chivas...The ReAL Rivalry

I don't know what you guys think, but I don't feel that the ReAL-CrApids rivalry is a huge deal. Don't get me wrong. I am way ticked about the outcome of last night, but I am not as fired up as I am going to be on the 28th.

Putting the CrApids games so far apart kinda killed it for me. We were already out of the playoffs and during the season I didn't feel like there was a chance to build up the rivalry.

I sure do feel like Cheap Shot Chivas deserve another loss at the hands of ReAL. I don't like the team, and I get annoyed that so many Chivas fans show up and yell VERY PROFANE things in Spanish.

We are going to have goats on a rope again in Section 37. Thanks to RSLFrontrowfan.

What do you guys think?

The Crapids rivalry is amplified by the RMC. Although, I do find myself hating the Chivas a lot more.

I think those of us who went on the road trip hate the cRapids just a little more than we did before.

I hate them more than Chivas...and that's saying a lot.

Just like UofU has BYU and Utah state as rivals...so does RSL have the Craps and the chivASS.

Last night adds to the clout of the Rocky Mountain rivalry. That's a frickin beautiful trophy and watching the behavior of the cRapids enraged me. This rivalry will definitely intensify.

However...

Chivas are our expansion rivals. They could potentially finish this season ahead of us. And they're a bunch of dirty goats. These are all excellent reasons to cultivate a deep hatred towards them. But another one is the built-in following everywhere they play. The whole league hates Chivas. Our little expansion rivalry is nothing more than a leg of the greater MLS-wide anti-Chivas rivalry.

So I'm with the folks in Sctn 37 - string 'em up!

I refuse to dignify cheetos by considering them a rival.

They happen to have come into the league in the same year as RSL.

Call it a coincidence, not a rivalry.

No interest in this one.

Is it because they're in LA? I hate the Galaxy more than Chivas.

I think one of the reasons it runs so deep is because they turn out so many fans when they come here. That is a big point I think. Also why I think in the end it will be a bigger rivalry. The so- called RMC won't change that.
