Okay Czar, do you get an avatar because you're a Moderator or am I just slow and finding where to set mine?

I go to 'Edit Avatar' and it has only one radio button that is clicked with says 'Do not use Avatar.' How do I change this?

Apparently I get one because of being a Moderator. I couldn't figure out if it was possible before, but today all of a sudden I can do it. Maybe Neil can give more info

The first rule is:
When someone says "Hi, don't be scared." the correct response is "Hi, I'm trying."

Czar, you haven't been around a lot lately, it seems. What's the deal? I'm becoming worried that obviously inferior posters like Old Ska, Scilaci, fuegote, etc. are taking over the board, spouting their nonsense at every opportunity, while voices of reason are becoming less and less frequent. And don't even get me started on SoccerPrime!
