I have to admit, I've looked at that picture more than once. I keep coming back to it thinking, "Dang. That's good-lookin'!" I'm very proud to be a member of C10. Y'all wouldn't believe the number of emails that went back and forth to decide exactly what the cup would look like---handles? lid? engraving? team names? logos? material to make it out of? etc. etc. etc.

I'm glad it turned out so good-lookin'.

So we're down by two goals in the goal differential right? Here are the rules for those who don't know:

"Rapids-Real Competition Rules
The following set of rules will be used to determine the annual winner of the competition.
The winner of the Competition will be determined by the results of all regular season MLS games between the Colorado Rapids and Real Salt Lake, with points assigned as follows:

3 points for each win
1 point for each tie

The Competition Trophy will be awarded to the fans of the team whose total points are highest at the conclusion of the final regular season match of each season.

In the event of the teams being tied on points, the following tiebreakers will be used in order:

Goal Differential
Most Away Goals Scored
Most recent head-to-head victory
Should the two teams still be tied at this point, the following conditions will apply:

2005
Highest placing in the overall MLS standings at the conclusion of the final head-to-head game (this is the final game of the 2005 season for each club)

2006 and beyond
The holders of the Trophy from the previous year's Competition"

So if RSL won the next game 4-2.... We'd each have won two games, and we'd each have six goals, right? So then wouldn't Colorado by default win because they'd have two away goals?

Yes. If Colorado scores twice RSL must win by 3. If we score less than twice RSL must win by 2.
