SO they finally saw one of those huh? Well, I think the fine and suspension is a bit excessive... that is life. Dunny has been swinging elbows all season... why wait till now to say "you've crossed the line?"

Why wait til now to fine Kreis as well when he's been saying things about the refs for a while?

Questions that will never be answered.

The length of the suspension probably has a lot to do with the earlier incident where he made a very undisciplined foul during the Metrostars match in Salt Lake. Afraid this goes along with what I noted a few weeks ago in that RSL players have got to learn some self control out there. They are doing too many silly things out of frustration that are resulting in costly suspensions and hurting the team.

Boy this is a lame thread for someone with a red card. C’mon guys, this is Dunny’s second of the year. I'm waiting for the slam posts. Here are a few lines you can use if you can’t remember how to do it…

“It was completely retaliatory in nature. He made no play on the ball…”
“There is some strategy involved in controlling your temper so your team doesn't suffer—“
“He seems to have forgotten that he is on the roster to run around and make plays instead of talk and earn red cards. I am thinking that it may be time for a spell with the reserves to clear his head.”

He didn't even get a yellow card in the game. This was all done by watching video after the fact.

Although that doesn't really change your points much because if he had been seen, he would have probably received a red card. So I agree with your point. He does need to control himself better. He tends to get wound up sometimes.

That is what is stoopid!!! It was done after watching the video, why doesn't Real get the same kind of treatment from the refs? There have been plenty of times that the Refs could have gone back and watched video and seen some of the crap the other teams have pulled on us!!

... and yes I am a little sensitive, Dunny is my #1! :slobber:
LOL (and yes, husband knows it 🙂 )
