The Next Meeting

Ok, it's been said in a few threads already, I think it deserves its own.

WHEN IS THE NEXT LOYALIST MEETING? We have tons to do and talk about. Loyal1, any idea as to when we could next meet? Also do you think we could have shirts done by then?

Anyone who is not a paying member of the Loyalists needs to pay your scanty $15 dues. There is a thread with all the details, or PM Loyal1 and he'll help you out.

anyone who doesn't know what the Loyalists are, go to The Website and you'll find out everything.

We need to have a meeting, and not just an online one like the last couple.

I second that!

We have only 82 days to get alot of issues addressed and decisions made.

The tee shirts? I want to be wearing my Loyalist shirt at the home opener!
There are a ton more things that need to be talked about...
Including;
chants, what to chat, when to chant!
songs, what to sing, when to sing!
Other things such as smoke... confetti, balloons, card stock! whether or not we are going to use any of those things!
Horns!?! yes or no! How do you create a poll?

The list goes on....and on!

whatever I may have missed!

I am starting to feel a sense of urgency!

Understanding that this is a busy time of year, the current leadership may want to create some other leadership that can address these issues. In other words, no need for Glenn and Dave to feel stressed out if they don't have time for everything. Better for them to delegate some of the responsibility to other people so things can move forward and they can take care of themselves, too. Just a thought! ???

Here's a list of dates:
post what might get the best turnout

Jan 18 or 19

Jan 22

Email me items that you'd like to see put on the agenda.

Chris Keeney, director or marketing/sales, will be our guest.
There is a chance of a player attending also. (depending on their schedules) Don't email me what player you'd like.

I don't envision it turning into a rehearsal of chants or blowing up balloons.

If you want shirts done by then you must be leaving the decision up to me.
I offered a some alternatives on color [step 1, I thought]. It turned into a debate of sunstroke and coordinating with seats 😲 There was even one post that said: yellow... I mean red...ahh whatever...

RED wins on the poll here and the few dues payers that emailed. I plan on communicating with McKid about which of his designs will be put on the shirt.

Excellent Loyal1. 18th is a tuesday, which is when we had the other meetings, 19th is a wednesday and the 22nd is a saturday.

With HiddnFox's comments included, what does everyone think of a Saturday evening meeting?

I vote for whichever day it isn't going to snow. I also vote not for Saturday. I'm saving the rest of my votes for American Idol.

I vote for Tuesday the 18th.

I may be leaving to take my kids back to Chile on the 19th and I'll be there for a few days.

But if the meeting is held on another day I will be there in spirit.
