They have practically unlimited access to a whole different player pool (Canadians). I guess the real question is if Canada has a lot of talent to offer. Also, if DeRo goes north, that would be a great place for them to start...

I tried a quick search on google but couldn't find it. I'm pretty sure Garber has said the league is willing to have an odd number of teams even if it's not single-table.
