Althoug I'm ot the biggest fan of stats it is interesting to note that the two guys have somewhat similar stats. DJ is best at 2.06 and Nolly is at 2.33, although DJ has obviously played 18 more games. DJ has saved a whopping 101 shots and Nolly has done pretty well himself with 23 shots saved in 3 games, not bad.

I think this is more indicative of a poor defense and strikers/midfield who don't really help out much rather than a bad showing of the GK boys. They have made their mistakes, but I think more responsibility lies withe team overall.

Pastorino and Ellinger made too much of getting DJ Countess in the expansion draft to just trade him away. I mean of course anything is possible but I think that Countess is a Ellinger boy (U17), has done a far job considering and is still young.
I agree though, its not Nolly or Countess's fault that they have to deal with so many shots. Its the defense's fault. Its the team's fault. Not the goalies.
