The IDEA to slice the bread maybe... or maybe the wheel... who knows...

Seriously tho It was most likely Electronic Battleship or Rock'm Sock'm Robots.

Hey maybe it was the Betty Crocker Easy Bake Oven.... I'll tell you what... that easy bake oven put a lot of girls off cooking and i will bet that it caused the spike in fast-food sales since the mid-70's.
Cos i remember waiting for my sister to bake me a cake in that thing. It took 4EVER... and if that was easy i can see why she never graduated to the General Electric one in the Kitchen.

Best idea since sliced bread... microwave TV Dinners. Did you know they have replaced dogs as Mans best friend.

Toodles!

Where was I? Okinawa, the Persian Gulf, Croatia, DC . . .

Any more questions?

In head to head competition I'm more a cougar fan. To those who claim life-long, undying devotion to the U (Just about all Utah fans make this claim) i ask where were you before the last few years? cause you weren't in the stadium supporting the Utes. Even as recently as 1997 home attendence has been miserable, in 1997 the average home attendance for the Utes was only 28,000, and those are better numbers than the years leading up to 1997 (these are announced attendance figures which we all now does not equal butts in the seats). I remember sitting in the stadium for games in the early and mid 90s and only having a few thousand there. In 1999 they averaged 39,000. In 2000 they again averaged 39,000 and that year they had Arizona, Washington State, Colorado State and BYU at home - All good teams that typically draw huge crowds. Then the numbers went down again, in 2001 they averaged 34,000. In 2002 they averaged only 35,000. They finally averaged more than 40,000 in 2003 with 41,000. So if you're going to claim life-long, undying devotion to the Utes, you had better only be 15 years old or have ticket stubs to prove you are one of the true life-long, die-hards!

Huh.

Well, I remember being in the south end zone at the old Rice Stadium and being in the Special Events Center back when my dad actually had hair... got my first season tickets to Utah gymnastics when I was six...

Then I realized that football makes me want to kill myself.

But whatever...

Well obviously you are a true fan because Dallas sucks wind and you are still claiming them as your team.

[soapbox]
The point of my entire post was that I could not understand why when a team starts doing well that "life-long, rabid fans" start accusing other fans, new or otherwise, of being bandwagon fans because when the team sucked they were not as loud. Or the team sucked when they were away and the fan had the misfortune of returning to the area when the team started doing well...

I say if you want to be a fan of a team... be a fan. But I really don't see that in order to be a fan, I have to give anyone a fan support resume as if this were some job for which I were applying.

I am a fan of several teams... some teams more than others... If I had to explain my reasons for being a fan of a specific team to every "life-long, rabid, fan" i would have no time to actually be a fan.

I say if Ute fans (or any other fans of any team) don't want my monetary support because I have only been a fan for 8'ish years or I was in England for part of that 8 years or my fan resume was unacceptable in some way, then there are plenty of other things i can spend my money and time on!

I'm a bandwagon RSL fan. I jumped on the bandwagon when they beat Dallas 3 - 0.
