Hey, I just read an article that says the Sep. 3rd match between USA and Mexico is on ESPN Classic. WHAT KIND OF JOKE IS THAT?!?! Here are some links for you to let ESPN know that you want this game, arguably one of the most important sporting events of 2005, on ESPN 1 where we can ALL enjoy it!

Blame it on college pointy-ball. Like it or not, many more people will tune in to watch oh let's say... Missouri vs. Iowa State then will watch a US qualifier. At least the soccer matches are on the air now. When I first followed soccer in the 70s, the matches weren't available at all.....

RSL does of course host New England that night. Maybe a lot of us will find ourselves watching the match at Rice-Eccles, then heading home to watch US-Mexico in the wee hours of the morning.

Didn't I hear some where that RSL was going to show the US game on the jumbotron at RES before the RSL match?

According to everything I have seen it is on ESPN2
