I liked it too but I'd had it up for a long time, so that reminded me and I thought I should move on. There are a couple players that I have my little "fat married old lady" crushes on, but nothing serious enough that I'm not thrilled for them to get married!

Yea Cletus! Even after a "rough" game today, he was very pleasant with the fans afterward.

I wasn't sure if he was going to be out for the picture session after the game considering the circumstances, but he was and you wouldn't have even known he'd had such a rough game from the way he was interacting with the fans. Major credit to him for being such a professional.

Yes, I'm sure he was thrilled with me yelling at him to hurry for the picture 😛

Sorry I missed that. We hadn't even intended to get pictures with players stationed on the east concourse because we really did have to get going, but there was hardly any line for any of them so we got pictures with everyone! We have such great players on this team...everyone single player greeted us when we walked up for the pictures and a lot of them thanked us for supporting the team. Kamler even took some time to talk to us, which was really nice of him. I just can't get over what a great time I had at this game! I've seen the team in person before (in LA), but to be at a home game with the awesome crowd was just amazing. It didn't hurt that we completely outplayed Cheetos, won the game, scored in the north goal (twice!), and got the 5000th MLS goal ever. 🕺 Even the fact that I did suffer a bit of heat exaustion can't take away from the experience at all (I'm fine now, BTW...I don't handle heat and prolonged time in the sun very well :signbaa: ). We head back to CA tomorrow, and it will unfortunately be awhile before we can come up again. Next season I'll be in Utah though, so I'll be at every game. Season tickets all the way!

robert Scarlett

Talked a little bit with new defender Robert Scarlett at the picture stools. He is so nice! Later, he and his fiancee (who is beautiful) sat and ate with us at the skybox and he said his first game will be on the 24th. I'm so excited to watch him play after reading the aritcles about him and getting to talk to him. Yay!

That is possible. I saw them walking out together after the game. She was rather attractive and had that color of hair.

Of course since they hopped in a silver Porche Carrerra, I really only noticed the car.

when i left the stadium yesterday.... I was in the Carsmart truck so i was not so embarrassed...
I was surrounded by players... I waved at Clint and his fiance, they were on the left in the silver Porsche...
Lookingland and Nolly were in a silver Focus behind me and Eddie Pope was in that sweet Audi A8 of his on the right... my son nearly jumped out of his seat to tell me "DAD THAT IS EDDIE POPE NEXT TO US!!!" I said yes and if you look over here on this side you will see Clint Mathis... he loked and just said "CooooooL! I never pictured famous people driving normal cars"

I suppose a Porsche Carrera and an Audi A8 are normal cars to some ppl...

The Audi would be a mostly normal car, wouldn't it?

yeah but this is a sleek A8... you don't see many of those around... A4's and A6's.... yes! But I rarely see the A8's they are sweet though....

A normal car to me is a 1984 Jolly Green Munchkin...

Lol, that's actually what I thought the first time too, but then I realized how much some of them make. So you know, given Mathis' sallery, I can see why he drives the beautiful piece of metal that he does. Same with all of them. But I think that is her. I saw her walking out with him after we got our pictures with him. Don't quote me cause I didn't see her really well... Anywho, they looked adorable together. And I'm sure she loves to admire his car too.
