In response to your question, horses definitely have shoes, (adidas I believe, with the new MLS contract) but I'm not sure about socks. If they have them, I would guess 70s-style tube socks.

Ok, I have set reputation so that...

You start out with a reputation rating of 10.
You have to have at least one post to dish out rep.
You have to have a rating of at least ten to dish out rep.
You must give rep to at least 2 other user before you can give rep to the same user.
For every 200 rep points you have you can effect others rep by +/-1.
For every 500 posts you have you can effect others rep by +/-1.
You can dish out rep points 10 times per day.
And you should be able to see who gave you rep uner the User Contro Panel.
Horses grow their own socks, it's called hair.

So that's how reputation works. I just gave Czar Jake some rep, did it work?

I still can't see who the rep is from under my control panel. Will this change only affect future rep?
