It didn't, but at least a move to the WAC will get us winnable seed games instead of the 14 and 15 seeds we have been stuck with the last couple trips.

And it's a good move for the Aggies, who, true confessions, I always cheer for unless they're playing the Utes. I can rather close to attending Utah State, and I wish them the best.

The Aggies ahve always had conference problems, and the WAC should help solve that. I remember the old PCAA, when Utah State would bring a ton of fans down to Anaheim for the tournament but always had to end up dealing with Fresno or Vegas. Only one team was going to make it, and those two were tough.

I took my wife and two kids down to Anaheim for the tournament this year. We still had more fans than anyone else.

The Big West got two bids back when Vegas was in the tournament, of course it was still tough to get the other bid over New Mexico St. or Long Beach.
