I haven’t read it, but I had a friend who stole a copy from the bookstore she works at and posted spoilers for everyone.

I have so much info in my head that I can’t share with other HP fans…unless everyone doesn’t mind MAJOR spoilers.

I'm getting mine tonight at midnight (after I watch RSL play some "quidditch" 😛 )

I would say this is not high on my list of priorities.

But I have read the earlier books to keep up with what my kids are reading, and I will eventually read this latest one.

So long as they don't go all Robert Jordan on us.

Only read the first one. It was an entertaining, quick read, but haven't had the desire to read any more. I know, I'm retarded (heard it a million times already). :P

A Harry Potter fan friend of mine here at work was trying to get me to come out to the SLC library for the Real Quidditch match. My comment was "I don't think Real players actually play Quidditch". I'll be out of town starting this afternoon, and wouldn't be able to attend anyway. :P

IMO if you’ve only read the first book you at least need to read the others. If I had just read the first book I don’t think I would be as obsessed as I am, it’s just doesn’t have the same effect as the later books. The story gets very deep and this book is very dark.

BTW: I know who the HBP is. Muwahahah

Don't post any spoilers!!!

I'll be at B&N tonight at midnight picking up my copy and I hate it when people try to ruin something you love.
