Am I missing something or are there no post-game quotes from Ellinger?

From the game reports, he was probably too angry to speak.

Try this from Marc Connolly, who I usually don't recommend. It's a good writeup of the atmosphere at last night's Western Mass-Chicago game.

If the link doesn't work, it's on MLSnet.com.

Thats because there were too many "Colorful metaphors" from the Ole Ball coach to really put anything in print.

At least we got great quotes like:
What next for a team that's given up ten goals in less than a week?
"Good question," said Kreis. "It's going to take a man's effort, it's going to take everybody to decide that they want to be a man."

"Ten years in the league, it's as low as I've ever been," said Jason Kreis, who scored three of Real's four goals, including the one that produced a late 4-3 lead. "Confidence is something that's very cyclical, either you have it or you don't. Right now we don't, and it's spreading like a rampant fire."

"If we continue to give goals away like Christmas gifts, we're going to be in big trouble the rest of the year," Kreis said. "The players that we put on this field have been in the league long enough to know that when you come out to play these teams, it's like their mini-World Cup. It's their one chance to show everyone that they're as good as us. Tonight they did that."

Just have to say what Jason says is right on the point.

Conor Casey?

I'm not sure if Tino's columns count as "news"?

But, in theory, the Cuba game was the last time we saw Conor Casey in a US uniform. We can hope.

But seeing as it's time to press the Panic Button, I would welcome Casey up top for RSL.

Has anyone ever seen Conor Casey and Greg Ostertag at the same time in the same place?
